Job Summary
On-site Parts Sales Specialist responsible for assisting walk-in customers and calls, processing parts orders, and managing warehouse duties including inventory, shipping/receiving, invoicing, and quarterly/biannual inventory checks. Collaborates with Thermal Sales, Operations, and Marketing to grow and maintain customer relationships, provides part numbers and pricing quotes, handles warranty parts, backs up other Parts Sales Coordinators, and enforces safety standards (PPE, hazard communication, ladder/electrical safety). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work Monday–Friday in Albuquerque, NM; strong customer service and computer skills required; experience with FedEx Ship Manager or similar preferred. Salary range: $21.60–$24.00 per hour plus bonuses; full benefits and ESOP available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience
- Comfort with growing sales in local market
- Some warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Stacker experience preferred
- Inventory management experience preferred
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- One year of daily computer experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service experience
- Experience using FedEx Ship Manager or similar preferred
- Proven safety record with safety standards including PPE and hazard communication
