Job Summary
Find missing or repair parts using computer software, guides, and databases. Pick parts from the warehouse, receive and stock new and ordered inventory, and maintain in-store displays. Take customer calls, emails, faxes, and in-store visits to assist with retail purchases, obtain credit, and complete transactions. Place orders for customers and communicate part availability for pick-up. Assist the service department with required repair parts. Stay updated on product line changes and aftermarket parts.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service is a must
- Experience selling agricultural, construction, or related parts
- Experience in a retail setting
- Experience with dealer business information systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer operations, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
