PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Sells parts to existing customers and generates additional business through cold calls, referrals, and leads. Drives company-supplied vehicles to and from customer facilities and service vans while maintaining consignments at those sites. Communicates with customers and technicians regarding parts needs, inventories, and technical inquiries. Verifies requisition accuracy against catalogs and manuals, then compiles call logs and quote documentation to track sales activities. Develops new customer lists using trade shows, direct mail, and aged leads. Ensures a safe work area and maintains required PPE in compliance with OSHA regulations.
