Parts Sales Representative - Counter

Sells heavy duty and light duty truck parts from the Kearney, NE counter for Sahling Kenworth’s dealership. Focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, growing and servicing assigned accounts, and promoting parts and accessories. Requires thorough knowledge of products, ongoing product training, and familiarity with company systems and policies. Responsibilities include liaising with important customers, advising wholesale and retail customers, training, and keeping up-to-date on new products. Must be highly organized, capable of handling 8–12 hour dealership days in varying weather, and able to sit/stand/bend/kneel with the ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs; valid driver’s license and strong computer, math, and customer-service skills are necessary.
