Job Summary
Sell heavy-duty and/or light-duty truck parts at the Tampa counter, maintaining strong customer satisfaction and applying product knowledge to advise wholesale or retail customers. Conquer and grow new accounts, liaise with important customers, promote parts and accessories, complete product and sales training, and stay up-to-date on company systems, procedures, and policies. Build and maintain extensive knowledge of products, maintain parts-related correspondence, and stay informed on new product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior sales experience
- Computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in a dealership environment with long shifts (8-12 hours) and exposure to weather elements
