Parts Sales Representative - Counter

Sells heavy duty and light duty truck parts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction among assigned accounts. Acts as a liaison for important customers, promoting parts and accessories as an adviser to wholesale or retail clients. Conquest and grow new accounts by developing full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies. Maintains thorough product knowledge, keeps up to date on new items, and handles parts-related correspondence. Successfully completes assigned product and sales training courses. Requires high school diploma with prior sales experience, ability to work 8-12 hour days in a dealership environment with weather exposure, and physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
