Parts Sales Representative

Properly identify needed items using parts catalogs, locate stock or arrange special orders for out-of-stock merchandise, and ensure technicians receive parts on time. Charge out merchandise by looking up prices, completing required documents, and entering inventory data. Attempt sales of additional parts or accessories, track lost sales, and maintain shelf stock by returning unsold items and noting discrepancies. Receive and tag warranty parts, keep counters clean, handle inbound and outbound freight, and perform related tasks as assigned. This role supports exceptional customer service at Bucklin Tractor & Implement Co.'s Pratt location, where the dealership has served central and western Kansas agriculture since 1944.
