Parts Sales Representative

Handle all marine parts sales inquiries received by phone, email, and the web store, and research as needed to accurately prepare parts quotes presented via phone, email, or customer requirements. Provide basic technical support, coordinate resources including engineering and production for complex requests, and work with supply chain to verify parts availability and communicate accurate shipping dates. Correctly enter parts orders into the appropriate system by brand, finalize sales by gathering payment and shipping instructions, and compile weekly and monthly parts sales reports. This role supports the global sales department at AdvanTec Marine, serving customers worldwide with specialty marine closures.
