Job Summary
Promote and sell products and services to meet customer needs while performing in-store customer service and stocking duties. Communicate and fill customer online parts orders via the customer portal, verify shipment receipting, and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in proper inventory locations. Maintain merchandise displays, keep the parts department clean and orderly, and expedite shortages by reporting to the Lead. Assist in maintaining departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles, while answering phones and addressing voicemails with urgency. Requires basic data entry skills, familiarity with the John Deere Parts Catalog application, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. daily. Forklift certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Basic data entry/keyboarding skills/computer aptitude
- Basic parts and machinery knowledge
- Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. daily
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift certification preferred
