Job Summary
Parts Sales Professional responsible for selling service parts, bulk fluids, attachments and accessories, and delivering in-store customer service and organizational promotion. Responsibilities include rapidly establishing rapport with customers, providing quality customer experience through product knowledge and systems usage, recommending parts solutions, fulfilling online orders and placing items in will call, assisting service technicians with parts, maintaining a professional showroom and displays, ensuring inventory integrity through receipting, cycle counts, and locating parts, and participating in company training to advance knowledge and skills. Requires basic computer skills and familiarity with parts and machinery, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and a commitment to teamwork and a positive company image.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to connect with customers
- Basic data entry/keyboard skills
- Experience working independently and in a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Basic parts and machinery knowledge
