Job Summary
Provide advice and recommendations to trade and retail customers on genuine Volkswagen Group parts; respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone and via email; build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat sales opportunities; identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and professional service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems
- A full, clean UK driving licence is preferable
