Job Summary
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories, delivering in-store customer service, promoting the department, and stocking duties. Responsibilities include promoting and selling products to meet customer needs, supplying service technicians with parts, maintaining merchandise displays, verifying shipments, placing machine down and stock orders in inventory locations, keeping the parts department organized, following up on shortages, expediting issues with the manager, and ensuring all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order. Qualifications include basic data entry, basic parts and machinery knowledge, ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog, teamwork, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work some Saturdays. Educational requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent; forklift license is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Fork lift license preferred
- Basic data entry/keyboard skills
- Basic parts and machinery knowledge
- Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Must be willing to work some Saturdays
