Job Summary
Engage with customers face-to-face and by telephone to identify needs and recommend parts for class 7 & 8 diesel trucks. Utilize product literature, specialized software, and technical knowledge to provide timely, accurate solutions and build lasting client relationships. Apply strong organizational skills and effective communication to sell company parts and services in a fast-paced environment. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a premier capital equipment dealer known for its extensive inventory and commitment to employee growth.
Required Qualifications
- Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience
- Basic knowledge of parts inventory
- Self-motivation and assertive drive
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services
- Above-average organizational skills
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
