Job Summary
Engage with customers face-to-face and by phone to identify maintenance needs for class 7 & 8 diesel trucks and provide accurate parts recommendations using specialized software and product literature. Translate technical details into actionable solutions to ensure clients receive the right parts when needed, building trust and lasting relationships through assertive communication and attention to detail. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Join a premier capital equipment dealer with the largest inventory in the West, supported by robust training and a track record of promoting from within.
Required Qualifications
- Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience
- Basic knowledge of parts inventory
- Self-motivation and assertive drive
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services
- Above-average organizational skills
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
