Job Summary
Engage with customers face-to-face and by telephone to identify their equipment maintenance needs and provide accurate parts recommendations. Utilize product literature, specialized software systems, and growing technical knowledge to translate complex details into actionable solutions for repairs. Maintain basic parts inventory awareness while ensuring timely delivery of the correct components. This role requires verifiable parts counter or mechanical service experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $17.33 to $24.27 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience
- Basic knowledge of parts inventory
- Self-motivation and assertive drive
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services
- Above-average organizational skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
