Job Summary
Parts Sales Counterperson I at Ditch Witch West (Pape’) in Shasta Lake, CA. You will be the go-to parts expert for customers, identifying needs and providing recommendations using product literature, specialized software, and your growing knowledge of parts and equipment to offer timely solutions. Required Qualifications
- Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience
- Basic knowledge of parts inventory
- Self-motivation and assertive drive
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services
- Driver’s license with a good driving record; experience pulling a trailer
- Above-average organizational skills
