Job Summary
Parts Sales Counterperson I at Ditch Witch West (Shasta Lake, CA) responsible for helping customers identify and obtain the right parts, whether at the counter or by phone. Will use product literature, software, and growing parts knowledge to provide timely, accurate solutions, translate technical details into actionable parts support, and help with parts/equipment deliveries. Customer-service focused with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a drive to build lasting client relationships; training and advancement opportunities available within a stable, family-owned, multi-location organization. Required Qualifications
- Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience
- Basic knowledge of parts inventory
- Self-motivation and assertive drive
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services
- Driver’s license with a good driving record; experience pulling a trailer
- Above-average organizational skills
