Job Summary
Parts Sales Consultant to drive automotive parts sales with retail clients, fleet operators, and service centers. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, recommending parts based on vehicle specifications, managing orders, maintaining inventory and pricing knowledge, building long-term customer relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, utilizing CRM and parts-management systems, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely delivery. Requires proven auto-parts sales experience, strong product knowledge, CRM proficiency, excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual capability and familiarity with automotive aftermarket are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in automotive parts, components, or related industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, components, and their applications
- Proficiency with CRM software and parts management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple customer accounts
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn product specifications and systems
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
- Preferred: Bilingual capabilities (English and local language proficiency)
- Preferred: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
