Job Summary
Parts Sales role responsible for maintaining and controlling boat, motor, trailer and ATV parts inventory and assisting customers with purchases or inquiries. Essential functions include handling retail parts inquiries by phone or at the parts counter, performing part sales transactions, creating purchase orders, receiving and verifying shipments, data entry in the IDS inventory system, processing refunds and warranties, conducting inventories, and ensuring accurate stock reconciliation. Requires strong customer service, friendly communication, basic math for discounts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
