Job Summary
On-site Parts Sales Associate in Marietta, GA responsible for managing customer inquiries about quotes, parts orders, warranty replacements, and free goods; process quotations and sales orders in SAP and Salesforce; respond to customer communications via phone and email; monitor and follow up on open orders to ensure timely fulfillment; coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues; maintain accurate documentation of customer transactions and service records; contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Requires minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, parts sales, or customer service in an industrial manufacturing environment; proficiency with SAP and Salesforce; strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent written and verbal communication; knowledge of industrial equipment, vending systems, or inventory management solutions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, parts sales, or customer service within an industrial manufacturing environment
