Parts Sales Associate

Job Summary
Conduct parts sales by identifying prospective customers, discussing their needs, and negotiating prices to prepare sales agreements. Provide shipping for parts to and from external and internal customers while performing sourcing and creating invoices. Maintain contact lists, follow up with customers, and collaborate across sectors including PET CT, MRI, CT, and Mobiles. Be knowledgeable about part features, removals, and industry specifics to solve customer problems. Requires a valid driver's license with a five-year solid driving record, at least one year of warehouse and parts experience, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one years of warehouse and parts experience
- Knowledge of parts and the industry
- Experience in Shipping/Receiving
- Valid driver's license and solid driving record for a minimum of five years REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently and provide timely results
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
