Job Summary
Parts Retail Sales Associate interacts with customers to help them select automotive parts, accurately price items, and transfer data to the appropriate system. Responsible for promptly assisting technicians and retail guests, stocking inventory, maintaining an orderly parts department, responding to inquiries by phone, creating merchandising displays, and driving customer loyalty by meeting sales and customer-satisfaction targets. Field-ready skills include strong communication, interpersonal abilities, organization, and the ability to identify additional sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- One year of experience in an automotive parts department
- One year of sales experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
