Job Summary
Pick up and deliver tools, materials, and parts from local and regional vendors to support maintenance and operations teams. Operate a tractor with attachments and a water truck while assisting with unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, and restocking office and breakroom supplies. Perform general site labor including irrigation systems, aeration piping, fencing, signage, and compost operations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vendor transactions, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with vendors, coworkers, and supervisors. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, maintenance support, or general labor
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must pass a drug screen and physical
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse or inventory experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude or facility maintenance experience
- Experience operating tractors, water trucks, or similar equipment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
