Job Summary
The Parts Runner supports field operations by ensuring the right parts, tools, equipment, and supplies arrive where and when they are needed. Responsibilities include deploying maintenance inventory and coordinating deliveries; loading, securing, and transporting materials using a non-CDL truck; communicating with vendors to place and confirm orders; planning daily routes and maintaining delivery records; performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; and adhering to DOT regulations and company safety standards while supporting shop and field teams across the Eastern Region.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Willingness to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card / Medical Examiners Certificate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Comfortable operating a non-CDL truck and trailer; able to secure loads per best practices
- Proven ability to prioritize, route efficiently, and work independently
- Basic familiarity with parts, tools, and equipment used in construction/maintenance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
