Parts Room Attendant 4 - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Maintain inventory in the tracking system, keep the parts room clean and orderly, and receive all maintenance parts while signing vendor tickets. Stock inventory, update databases with new information, and organize files to be entered into the SAP computer system. Transfer data from written records to compile standardized reports, verify data by checking source documentation, and create spreadsheets with appropriate information. Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Perform duties with minimum supervision and maintain a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to type at least 45 wpm
- 18 years of age or older
- Mechanical aptitude to learn various equipment components and tools
- Ability to meet essential job functions for this job classification
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and write
- Strong attention to detail while following concise instructions
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Must reside in the United States
- Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to verify data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
- Must be able to create and organize spreadsheets with appropriate information
- Must be able to generate reports
