Job Summary
Handles all customer inquiries and orders via telephone, fax, email, and in person (on-site). Enters orders accurately into the Epicor ERP system, coordinates with shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, and processes returns with credit/no-credit recommendations for supervisor approval. Maintains strong customer relationships through responsive service, resolves inquiries promptly, and ensures data integrity in the ERP system. Collaborates cross-functionally with shipping, sales, and internal departments to support efficient order processing and issue resolution. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus to support communication with Latin American customers.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, along with customer service experience.
- One to two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills and written communication abilities required.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor, is a plus.
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions, including process workflows and visual aids.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including accurate data entry, order processing, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
