Job Summary
Parts Representative responsible for greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, assessing parts needs, and providing solutions. Builds customer relationships, communicates marketing programs, assists technicians by retrieving parts, processes invoices and payments, coordinates shipments, and maintains showroom merchandise and inventory integrity. Creates seasonal merchandising displays, supports after-hours calls, and refers leads for additional opportunities. Requires strong communication, accuracy in inventory and transaction processing, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Prior related experience and knowledge of farm equipment are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving history
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization and the general public
- Ability to use a computer and current software programs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previously related experience preferred
- Knowledge of farm equipment preferred
- High school education or equivalent
- Willingness to participate in training and stay up-to-date on equipment and market trends
