Job Summary
Parts Racker (2nd Shift) responsible for preparing parts for production, selecting appropriate racking procedures, mounting objects to racks or hoists, removing parts after processing, completing required paperwork, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Requires experience in masking or related aerospace fields, ability to read technical drawings, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks. Must comply with PPE and hazardous waste disposal; U.S. Person per EAR/ITAR export controls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in masking or a related field, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Export Compliance Requirement: must be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Person”
