Job Summary
Conduct daily cycle counting in accordance with established procedures. Put away incoming freight in the correct location or move it within the system. Store materials in bins, on floor, or on shelves according to identifying information such as style, size, or type. Ensure all bins are marked or recorded with identifying part numbers and in the correct location. Maintain accurate inventory records while tracking inventory changes and keeping the workplace clean and safe. Communicate daily with the materials team regarding order changes and updates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 35 pounds regularly
- Ability to operate a computer and other electronic equipment, such as an inventory scanner
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence, as well as effectively communicate with others within the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft Suite
