Parts Professional

Provide legendary customer service and perform counter sales to assist customers in finding the right parts to keep equipment running. Manage daily parts and drop ship orders, prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup, maintain a clean and safe warehouse, address inventory discrepancies, determine transportation for shipments, operate a forklift, check in daily stock orders, foster a team-oriented environment, and participate in overtime and Saturday rotations with 24-hour on-call rotations. The role requires parts experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive industries, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. This is a full-time position based in Carthage, IL.
