Parts Professional

Parts Professional provides counter sales and customer support for an extensive farm equipment parts inventory, processing daily parts and drop-ship orders, stocking and organizing the warehouse, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate parts identification and shipment. Responsibilities include assisting customers in finding the right parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, selecting appropriate transportation modes, keeping the workspace safe and organized, and supporting other departments as needed. Requirements emphasize high school diploma or GED, strong communication, ability to work overtime (including Saturdays), forklift capability, and a team-oriented, detail-minded work ethic. The role is full-time with standard daytime hours and on-call rotations.
