Job Summary
Auto Parts Professional position focusing on customer care, parts identification, and sales. Responsibilities include answering calls, identifying customer needs, selling automotive parts, looking up parts in the catalog system, processing orders with accuracy, troubleshooting to meet customer needs, maintaining product knowledge of parts, warranties, promotions, and sales programs, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires prior automotive parts counter experience (retail or equivalent), 3 years in automotive parts, 1-2 years in sales and customer service, ability to look up parts in catalog systems, and strong verbal/written communication; ASE knowledge is a plus. Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years previous sales and customer service experience
- Ability to look up parts in parts cataloging systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong background in mechanics & ASE certification is a plus
