Job Summary
Automotive parts counter role handling phone inquiries, identifying customer needs, selling auto parts, and strengthening the relationship between Factory Motor Parts and customers. Responsibilities include looking up parts in the catalog system, processing customer orders with high accuracy, troubleshooting and making recommendations to meet customer needs, maintaining strong product knowledge of auto parts, warranties, promotions, and sales programs, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3 Years experience with Automotive Parts
- 1-2 years previous sales and customer service experience
- Previous automotive parts counter experience in a retail store or similar setting
- Ability to look up parts in parts cataloging systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong background in mechanics
