Job Summary
As a Parts Pro | Automotive, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers find and purchase auto parts. You’ll also manage transactions, maintain clean workspaces, and ensure accurate inventory and data entry in a fast-paced environment. You will identify and sell appropriate auto parts, operate digital tools to search inventory, execute theft prevention procedures, handle transactions including cash, credit cards, and title processing, and support team efforts while following safety protocols and company dress code. Availability to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays; bilingual in English and Spanish; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors. Previous retail or customer service experience and strong automotive parts knowledge are preferred.
