Job Summary
Parts Picker – Commercial Vehicles (Heavy Duty Trucks) to support Aftersales warehouse operations. Pick spare parts accurately based on picking lists; ensure correct parts are selected, packed, and issued to workshop, retail counter, or inter-branch transfers. Perform goods movements and update systems in line with inventory procedures; ensure parts are received, inspected, and stored in the correct bin locations; maintain inventory accuracy and record discrepancies; support stock counts (cycle counts and full inventories); assist in maintaining warehouse organization and housekeeping; ensure compliance with SOPs and inventory control processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school qualification or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in parts warehouse or inventory operations
- Experience within automotive or heavy-duty truck parts environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or EPC is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of material handling and warehouse processes
- Attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
