Job Summary
Sell aftermarket parts, service, and contract maintenance to current and new customers while implementing strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit targets. Prospect ten to fifteen new clients weekly and maintain daily schedules averaging twelve customer visits. Utilize network CRM to record transactions, sales potential, and regional actions, then collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns. Listen actively to discover solutions for customer needs and share industry trends with the team. Maintain a professional appearance and drive with a clean record.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Must maintain a clean driving record
- At least 2 years' experience in the industry / dealership environment
- At least 2 years' experience doing outside sales
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales Management, Business, or Marketing
