Job Summary
Sell aftermarket products and services to current and new customers while implementing strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit targets. Prospect 10–15 new customers weekly and maintain daily schedules visiting an average of 12 clients. Actively listen to identify needs, record all transactions in the CRM, and collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns. Stay current on industry trends and participate in required training to enhance sales capabilities. Maintain a professional appearance and drive a clean record as a full-time outside sales role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Must maintain a clean driving record
- At least 2 years' experience in the industry / dealership environment
- At least 2 years' experience doing outside sales
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales Management, Business, or Marketing
