Job Summary
Partsonly role focused on locating, sourcing, organizing, and distributing RV parts and accessories to support service jobs, customers, and inventory needs. Responsibilities include pulling parts for technicians, verifying compatibility, processing customer orders (in person, by phone, and online), stocking shipments, organizing shelves and displays, maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts and audits, and providing knowledgeable guidance on RV parts and systems while using parts-management software. Knowledge of RV brands, systems (electrical/plumbing/HVAC/appliances), vendor coordination for availability/pricing, and a customer-service oriented approach are essential. The role also involves assisting with recommendations for accessories and upgrades to enhance the customer experience and drive sales, maintaining a well-organized parts department, and contributing to efficient daily operations. Background and drug test clearance, willingness to learn technical aspects of RV components, and alignment with the company values are expected.
