Job Summary
Support customers and technicians by sourcing, organizing, and distributing RV parts and accessories. This role manages inventory, assists customers with product selection, processes orders, and maintains a well-organized parts department to contribute to efficient service operations and a superior customer experience. Responsibilities include locating, sourcing, and distributing parts for service jobs and inventory needs; providing knowledgeable guidance on RV parts and compatibility; restocking and inventory counts; processing in-person, phone, and online orders (quotes, invoices, returns); assisting vendors and service teams with parts availability and pricing; organizing shelves and displays; and maintaining knowledge of RV brands and components. Pay target is $20 hourly. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work weekends, pass background and drug tests, and learn RV systems. Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to work weekends
- Experience in RV parts, automotive parts, hardware retail, or a similar environment (preferred but not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of RV or vehicle systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance)
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage inventory in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with computers and parts-management software
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn the technical aspects of RV components
