Job Summary
The Parts Outfitter Associate supports customers and technicians by sourcing, organizing, and distributing RV parts and accessories. Responsibilities include locating, pulling, stocking, and distributing parts for service jobs and customer orders; assisting customers with product selection; processing quotes, invoices, and returns; maintaining accurate inventory and stock levels; organizing shelves and displays; verifying part compatibility; coordinating with vendors on availability and pricing; and providing recommendations on accessories and upgrades to enhance customer experience and sales. Requires ability to pass a background and drug test, familiarity with RV parts and systems, strong customer service and communication skills, basic parts-management software proficiency, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Experience in RV parts, automotive parts, hardware retail, or similar environment (preferred but not required)
- Comfort with computers and parts-management software
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Availability to work Saturdays
