Job Summary
Assist customers in selecting RV parts and accessories, pull requested parts for service and deliveries to service bays, and maintain organized inventory. Source, organize, and distribute parts for service jobs and customer orders; process quotes, invoices, and returns; stock shelves and ensure accurate counts through cycle counts and audits. Provide knowledgeable guidance on RV parts, accessories, and product compatibility; communicate with vendors for availability and pricing; support technicians with timely delivery; use parts-management software; suggest accessories and upgrades to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Maintain knowledge of RV brands and components, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a high-performing parts department.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Experience in RV parts, automotive parts, hardware retail, or a similar environment (preferred but not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of RV or vehicle systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance)
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage inventory in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with computers and parts-management software
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn the technical aspects of RV components
