PARTS ORDER ANALYST II

Job Summary
Process Customer Orders received via phone, mail, email, and fax. Analyzes orders to ensure that proper part is ordered, determines warranty status of parts ordered, and whether defective parts should be returned. Processes all quote requests on a timely basis. Verify accuracy of ordered parts using manuals and BOMs; determine substitute parts as needed; enter orders and provide delivery schedules. Manage quotes, pricing for non-stock parts, and communication with customers; handle shipping, packaging, and inventory documentation. Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and strong knowledge of order processing, pricing, and import/export considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years of processing purchasing orders experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
