Job Summary

Prepare, review, and submit required documentation including ADPMPLs, NSMARs, and supplier delivery requirements to support customer Parts, Materials & Processes (PMP) needs. Participate in customer PMP Review Board meetings and provide technical guidance to suppliers and manufacturing teams. Recommend materials based on performance, develop specifications, and review engineering drawings for compliance. Support Engineering Review Boards, Process Change Boards, and Program Status Reviews by presenting technical updates. Evaluate corrosion risks through galvanic compatibility assessments and apply Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement in materials and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship only, no dual citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution in a field such as Materials Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering
  • Familiar with MIL-STD-11991 or other DOD/Agency PMP requirements, such as the MDA PMAP
  • Familiar with writing material specifications and process specifications
  • Familiar with ASTM standards and industry material specifications
  • Schedule is hybrid. Couple of days out of the week required onsite.
