Parts & Materials Coordinator

Coordinate the ordering, receiving, and distribution of aircraft parts and materials to support maintenance operations. Verify parts upon receipt for accuracy, condition, and proper certification documentation, then maintain accurate inventory records through tracking, labeling, and storage. Ensure proper handling and preservation of parts per manufacturer and regulatory requirements while supporting inventory control processes like cycle counts and audits. Process purchase requests, communicate with vendors on pricing and delivery, and prepare shipping documentation including hazardous materials compliance. Monitor stock levels to alert management of shortages or discrepancies and assist with internal and external audits. Utilize inventory and maintenance tracking systems to document transactions and maintain traceability. Work in warehouse, hangar, and office environments, occasionally operating pallet jacks or carts.
