Parts Manager

Job Summary
Own full P&L accountability for the parts operation, including revenue, margin, expenses, and working capital. Lead all aspects of customer support, order fulfillment, and issue resolution to ensure best-in-class quote-to-order execution. Manage inventory strategy, cycle counts, and replenishment while overseeing receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping performance. Serve as the safety leader for the facility, ensuring compliance with all policies and maintaining an audit-ready environment. Hire, train, and develop a high-performing parts team while conducting performance reviews and managing corrective actions. Standardize processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives across service, efficiency, and cost performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in parts, warehouse, or operations roles
- 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and expense control
- Deep knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and supply chain fundamentals
- Proven ability to manage customer escalations and deliver service excellence
- Experience using ERP and inventory management systems
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
