Job Summary
Establish departmental goals and actively recruit, train, and monitor the performance of all team members. Oversee stock order processes to ensure efficient parts replenishment, verify incoming inventory, and maintain accurate inventory levels aligned with designated areas. Correctly price parts and accessories using approved sources while sourcing and processing OEM wholesale orders for body shops and repair facilities. Maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers through responsive service and enforce all safety policies to ensure a secure working environment. This role supports Tustin Lexus, part of Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 leader in global automotive retail.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an automotive parts management role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to support customers professionally and effectively
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to excel in a process‐driven, structured environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
