Job Summary
The Parts Manager is responsible for leading the branch Parts Department to enhance employee and customer experiences while achieving operational, safety, and financial targets. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining customer relationships, overseeing parts logistics, conducting performance reviews, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, auditing financial documents, and managing workload and budgeting. Essential skills include strong communication, technical knowledge of parts supply chains, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and leadership capabilities. Candidates must have relevant experience in a warehouse or parts environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Experience as a warehouse associate and/or parts counter
- Understanding heavy equipment
- Telephone / verbal / written communication skills
- Parts logistics and supply chain technical skills
- Organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft AX2012
- Basic and intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Business communication skills training
