Job Summary
As Parts Manager, establish vendor relationships to provide fast delivery, high quality parts at low cost, and manage a centralized parts purchasing program for the fleet team. Lead a team of 3 to 5 direct reports, coordinate with the estimates team to apply repair-vs-replace decisions, and ensure timely handling of purchase invoices, return-to-vendor processes, and credit memos. Audit invoices to verify part usage, and drive procurement efficiency while maintaining pace time standards. The role emphasizes vendor management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support a scalable fleet operations function in a dynamic mobility brand. The position requires travel up to 20%, a flexible schedule including day/evening shifts, 21+ years old, US work authorization, and a base salary of $60,000 with a company car.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of parts department experience
- fleet maintenance experience preferred
- experience with online parts purchasing platforms
- ability to travel up to 20% (including air travel)
- ability to work 40 hours per week
- US work authorization and 21+ years old
