Parts Manager

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, including ordering parts for the service department and customers. Communicate customer parts status with efficiency and transparency while answering phone calls to provide price quotes and information. Review service shop estimates to verify ordered parts and pricing, then pull and fill orders from stock while maintaining weekly bin checks for accuracy. Manage parts inventory by ordering out-of-stock parts or shop materials, locating items from outside sources for emergency orders, and ensuring all internal requests are billed on service repair orders. Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization. This role supports external clients and internal repair staff at Newman Tractor in Bartow, FL, with a 9-hour Monday-Friday shift from 7-5pm.
