Job Summary
Oversee and supervise the parts department, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and sales; manage department personnel and collaborate with Branch Manager; ensure timely and technically accurate parts sales, substitutions, and customer service; handle purchasing, returns, warranty handling, and credit authorizations; maintain inventory accuracy, part availability, and stock organization; develop and implement parts marketing programs, coordinate training, and stay current on product bulletins; maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure profitability; leadership required to train staff, manage budgets, and drive department performance; heavy emphasis on customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication; ability to travel up to 75% and work in a flexible schedule environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of management experience in a related business
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school or at least three years related experience and/or training in the subordinate position.
